Inspection Tips
Whether you are performing a pre-opening inspection or one of our White Glove Inspections (WGI), these are the things you need to look for prior to approving construction completion or passing the WGI.
Interior Walls
- Walls are painted the correct color
- The base primer is not visible through the finished paint color
- There are now excessive paint stroke/roller marks on the finished paint coat
- There are no scratches, scuffs or marks on the paint
