Our Goal

Rebalance And Rejuvenate

At BHRC, our primary goal is to rebalance and rejuvenate your body, and thus allow you to feel in control of your body again. In seeking to rebalance and rejuvenate, BHRC uses the most up-to-date skin care equipment and products, including those using stem cell and cytokine technology with activated human growth factors and a complete line of organic vitamins and nutritional supplements.‍

The Destination For Age Management And Wellness

At Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, the patient is at the center. At every stage of a treatment plan, the client’s goals drive the team to satisfy expectations. We make sure to communicate with the client and maintain a relaxed, inviting environment. Once clients see the results of their physical renewal, they find emotional satisfaction.‍

Franchise Agreement

Please be aware that BHRC is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or other professional services. If legal advice or other expert assistance is required, we recommend that you seek the services of an appropriate professional.

Some franchisees establish a different legal entity for each franchise location. Should you choose to do this, please notify us when each location franchise agreement is prepared and we will review the steps and process with you.

Any prices that may be included in this document are subject to change without notice. BHRC mandates retail prices based on many factors including, but not limited to, wholesale costs, labor costs, and other factors. We will inform you of changes in prices via email or announcement on our franchisee site.

Franchise Startup Planning

It is the franchisee's responsibility to determine who can own a MedicalCorp. (Corporate Practice of Medicine) and the level of licensure required to perform medical spa treatments. A great source of information on this subject is AmSpa The American Med Spa Association and Byrd Adatto Law Firm.

The Franchisee must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and consult with a lawyer to understand the intricacies of the laws.

It is critical to obtain advice from your chosen business advisors, such as your attorney and financial advisor regarding establishing your business, your legal entity, and business management related to your franchise business.

Franchises must validate the laws regarding who can perform treatments in the center and the level of supervision required:

  • Who can do injectable treatments?
  • Who can do laser treatments?
  • Does a doctor, NP or PA have to be present at all times for an RN to perform treatments?
  • Is there a difference between an Esthetician and a certified Esthetician?
  • What certifications/formal training are required to perform laser treatments without a Medical Director onsite?
  • Does a document outlining a Plan of Care from an NP/PA have to be signed off by a Medical Director before treatment begins?
  • Are there additional legal constraints around posting testimonials or photos outside of a standard consent form?

Continued Development

We may modify and update the Manuals and Modules at any time. Modifications in the Manuals and Modules shall become effective upon delivery of any updated materials. Each Franchise Owner must ensure that each Manual is kept current and updated for each of your Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center location(s).

Our franchise objective is to promote the profitable development of each market and to open new markets in the best possible manner. These efforts require that we train closely with our franchisees. We have franchise policies in order to promote fairness in dealings with each of our franchisees.

Each franchisee is assigned a Franchise Business Consultant to assist with the opening and the ongoing operation of their franchise. We also have regular communications with our franchisees to answer any questions that you might have about your business.

Our franchisees are independent business owners with an entrepreneurial spirit, but understand the benefits of being part of a system together. Having one brand name in each community provides the members with solid training, trust, and consistency in each of our Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Centers.

We will commit to our work and to each other with shared thoughts, honesty, and a mutually inviting and open environment, ensuring that your journey at BHRC will be an enriching experience.
