Correct Sun Damage & Uneven Tone
in Paradise Valley

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) photofacial therapy uses broad-spectrum light pulses to target melanin and hemoglobin beneath the skin — eliminating sun spots, age spots, freckles, redness, broken capillaries, rosacea, and uneven pigmentation without damaging the surrounding skin. BHRC Paradise Valley uses the Sciton BroadBand Light (BBL Hero) — the gold-standard IPL device backed by Stanford longevity research showing that regular BBL treatments can reverse visible signs of aging at the genetic level. Results appear progressively over 2–4 weeks as treated spots surface and flake off naturally. BHRC Paradise Valley brings Beverly Hills–caliber aesthetic medicine to Scottsdale's premier luxury corridor, serving destination patients from across the Southwest who want a trusted clinical name outside of California. We serve patients from Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Arcadia, Tempe, Chandler, and the wider Maricopa County area.

What Makes BHRC Different
in Paradise Valley

BHRC Paradise Valley provider team

Physician-Supervised Treatments

Every IPL Photofacial treatment at BHRC Paradise Valley is performed under direct physician oversight. Our injectors and aestheticians are licensed professionals working within a medically-directed framework — not an independent spa.

Assessment Before Every Treatment

We assess your skin, anatomy, and goals before every treatment — not just at your first visit. Protocols are adjusted based on your response, not a predetermined formula.

Natural-Looking Results

BHRC Paradise Valley treats to enhance, not alter. Our injectors and device operators use conservative, precise techniques that improve without announcing. Our patients look refreshed — not worked on.

Full-Spectrum Aesthetics & Wellness

Skin quality is a whole-body issue. BHRC uniquely combines aesthetic treatments with hormone optimization, nutrition, and longevity protocols — addressing the underlying biology that drives how you look and feel.

Before Your Treatment

  • Avoid all sun exposure and tanning (including self-tanner) for 2 full weeks before treatment
  • Discontinue retinoids, AHAs, and BHAs 5–7 days before your appointment
  • Do not use photosensitizing medications (discuss with your provider and prescribing physician)
  • Arrive with clean skin — no makeup or skincare products on the treatment area

After Your Treatment

  • Apply SPF 50+ immediately after treatment and every day without exception — this is non-negotiable
  • Pigmented spots will darken and look like coffee grounds before sloughing off 7–10 days later — this is expected
  • Do not pick at darkened spots — let them shed naturally
  • Avoid heat, exercise, and saunas for 24–48 hours
  • Use a gentle cleanser and fragrance-free moisturizer for the first week

Darkened spots begin to flake off. Skin looks clearer underneath.

Week 2–4

Significant improvement in tone and redness. Plan your next session.

3–5 Sessions

Full correction of sun damage and pigmentation typically requires a series.
