The first 100 members to enroll in any plan lock in $100 off their membership rate as a thank-you for joining at launch. Once the founding cohort is full, regular pricing takes effect: Rejuvenation Reserve moves to $199/month, Core to $750/year, and Elite to $349/month. Founding rates are reserved at signup, first come, first served until all 100 spots are claimed.

Your provider will walk you through the change at your next visit.
Each month, your $99 (aesthetics tiers) or $100 (Elite wellness) is added to your account balance. You can apply it toward any qualifying service or product. Credits stay on your account for 6 months, long enough to bank a few cycles for a larger treatment, but use-it-or-lose-it after that.
Core ($650/yr) is the right entry point if you want an annual lab panel, an included provider consult, and ongoing 15% off GLP-1 medications. Elite ($249/mo) is built for patients who want a more involved program: quarterly labs, quarterly provider visits, ongoing 15% off peptides & GLP-1s, and a $100 monthly wallet credit toward any service. Yes. Aesthetics and wellness memberships are designed to stack, many of our most engaged members carry both. Pairing Rejuvenation Reserve with Core or Elite gives you full coverage across injectables, devices, peptides, GLP-1s, and physician-led longevity care.
Wellness memberships (Core and Elite) require a 6-month minimum so we can build a meaningful clinical baseline. Aesthetics memberships are month-to-month after your first cycle. You can pause or cancel anytime by reaching out to your home location.
Yes, your membership travels with you across all 22 BHRC locations. Wallet credits, discounts, and priority booking apply system-wide, so you can pick up your care in West Hollywood, Las Vegas, Dallas, or anywhere else we have a studio.
