Skin
Rough, dull or uneven skin has several different causes, and the right treatment depends entirely on which one you have. This is the page that tells you which.
$500per session
Microneedling, PRP, Morpheus8, CO2
New clients save 15% on your first treatment.
The price range here is wide because the treatments are genuinely different, from a $175 facial to CO2 laser at $750 and Morpheus8 at $1,200. Which you need depends on whether the problem is on the surface or underneath it. The assessment is free and it is the part that saves you money.

Skin texture treatment · Full face
In short
Poor skin texture usually comes from one of four things: a build-up of dead surface cells, congestion in the pores, sun damage in the deeper layers, or lost collagen leaving the surface uneven. Surface causes respond to facials and peels from $175. Structural causes need microneedling or laser resurfacing from $500. Working out which you have is what determines whether you spend $175 or $1,200.
Rough skin is a symptom, not a diagnosis. If dead cells are building up at the surface, exfoliation fixes it and you do not need a laser. If pores are congested, extraction does more than resurfacing. If sun damage has changed the pigment and thickness of the skin, peels and light treatments are what reach it. And if collagen has been lost, leaving the surface genuinely uneven, nothing applied to the top of the skin will fix it and you need something that works underneath. The gap between the cheapest and most expensive right answer here is about a thousand dollars, which is why the assessment matters.
Units and cost
Every treatment here has its own page with the detail.
| Area | Typical units | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Dull, flat-looking skin | HydraFacial | from $99 |
| Congested pores | HydraFacial or Purify peel | from $175 |
| Rough surface texture | Chemical peel | from $420 |
| Sun damage and pigment | IPL photofacial | from $350 |
| Early texture and tone | Clear + Brilliant | from $600 |
| Enlarged pores, uneven surface | Microneedling | from $500 |
| Texture with laxity | Morpheus8 RF | from $1,200 |
| Deep textural damage | CO2 laser | from $750 |
Most people arriving with a texture complaint need a surface treatment and a home routine before anything more involved. Starting at the expensive end is common and usually unnecessary.

How it works
Surface, or underneath. That is the whole decision.
Surface treatments remove or loosen the outermost layer of skin. Facials lift debris out of pores, peels dissolve the bonds holding dead cells together, and light treatments break up pigment sitting near the surface.
Deeper treatments create controlled injury below the surface so the body rebuilds. Microneedling makes channels, radiofrequency adds heat at depth, and CO2 laser removes columns of tissue outright.
Surface work shows immediately and fades in weeks. Structural work shows slowly and lasts for months or years. Neither substitutes for the other, which is why plans often use both.
Which product
Ordered by how deep the problem is, and how much it costs to reach.

Starts working: None to 7 days. Lasts: Weeks to months. HydraFacial from $99, peels from $420, IPL from $350, Clear + Brilliant from $600. Cleans, exfoliates and treats pigment near the surface. Where most texture complaints are actually solved.
Starts working: 1 to 3 days. Lasts: Improves for 6 months. From $500. The first properly structural treatment: rebuilds collagen for enlarged pores, scarring and genuinely uneven surface. Safe on every skin tone.
Starts working: 2 to 4 days. Lasts: Up to 12 months. From $1,200. Adds deep heat for laxity alongside texture. Chosen when the skin has loosened as well as roughened.
Starts working: 5 to 7 days. Lasts: Years. From $750. The strongest resurfacing available and the only one that reaches deep textural damage in one or two sessions. Real downtime.
Good to know
And where the honest answer is cheaper than you expected.

Usually a surface problem, and usually solved by exfoliation and hydration rather than anything more.
Pores do not close, but the surface around them can be rebuilt so they read as smaller. Microneedling is the reliable option.
Pigment and texture usually travel together. Peels and IPL treat the colour while other treatments handle the surface.
Dullness is very often just dead surface cells and dehydration, which is the cheapest problem on this page to fix.
Structural problems need structural treatment. This is where microneedling and laser earn their price.
Microneedling and peels work without heat or light. IPL does not suit deeper skin, and we will tell you rather than treat you.
What you use daily changes your skin more than what happens monthly in a center. Any plan that ignores that is selling you appointments.
Aftercare
Downtime here ranges from none at all to a full week.

Nothing. Straight back to your day, makeup included.
Five to seven days of light peeling. Do not pick it.
Treated spots darken for one to three days before flaking away. Expected, not a complication.
Redness like mild sunburn for one to three days.
Five to seven days of genuine recovery. Plan the week.
Non-negotiable. New sun damage undoes surface work within weeks.
Four to six weeks for structural treatments, monthly for surface maintenance.
Aftercare
Your result lasts longer when what you use at home is doing the same work. This is the routine our providers start most patients on, dispensed through the practice. Not sure it is right for your skin? Take the skin quiz, or ask your provider to build one around the treatment you are having.

Frequently asked
Uneven skin texture is caused by a combination of factors including sun damage, aging, decreased collagen production, buildup of dead skin cells, enlarged pores, acne scarring, and environmental stressors. As we age, cell turnover slows down and collagen production decreases, leading to rougher, duller skin. Our treatments target these root causes to restore smooth, radiant skin.
The best treatment depends on your specific concerns and skin type. For mild texture issues and maintenance, HydraFacials and light chemical peels are excellent options.
Downtime varies by treatment. HydraFacials have zero downtime—you can return to normal activities immediately. Chemical peels typically involve 2-5 days of mild peeling.
Most patients see noticeable improvement after a single treatment, but a series is typically recommended for optimal results. HydraFacials are best as monthly maintenance treatments. Chemical peels are often done in a series of 3-6. Microneedling and Morpheus8 typically require 3 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. CO2 laser resurfacing often delivers dramatic results in just 1-2 sessions. Your provider will create a treatment schedule tailored to your goals.
Absolutely! Many of our best results come from combination treatment plans. For example, pairing monthly HydraFacials with a series of Morpheus8 treatments, or alternating between chemical peels and microneedling. Combining treatments addresses texture concerns at multiple levels—from the surface to the deep dermal layers. Your provider will design a strategic combination protocol to maximize your results.
Most of our texture treatments are very comfortable. HydraFacials feel like a gentle massage with no discomfort at all. For treatments like microneedling, Morpheus8, and laser resurfacing, we apply topical numbing cream before the procedure to ensure your comfort. Most patients describe the sensation as mild warmth or light prickling. Our team prioritizes your comfort throughout every treatment.
Results from collagen-stimulating treatments like microneedling, Morpheus8, and CO2 laser resurfacing can last 1-3 years or longer, as the new collagen your body produces becomes a permanent part of your skin structure. However, natural aging and environmental factors continue, so periodic maintenance treatments help sustain and build on your results. Your provider will recommend a maintenance schedule to keep your skin looking its best.
A good at-home skincare routine enhances and extends your treatment results. We recommend a gentle cleanser, vitamin C serum, moisturizer, and daily SPF 30+ sunscreen as the foundation. Your provider may also recommend retinoids, growth factors, or other targeted products based on your specific concerns. We’ll provide detailed post-treatment skincare instructions after each session to optimize your results. Individual results may vary. What Megan does
Most texture complaints are surface problems. Recommending a $99 facial and a home routine when that is the answer costs us money and is still what we do.
Facials, peels, IPL, Clear + Brilliant, microneedling, RF and CO2 are all here, so the recommendation is not shaped by the one device we own.
The gap between the right and wrong treatment here is about a thousand dollars. The analysis is free.
IPL is not appropriate for every skin type. Microneedling and peels are. You will be told which applies to you.
What you use daily matters more than what happens monthly. Any plan that ignores that is selling appointments.
Standardised training and the same protocols in every location.
