Regenerative
Your own blood, spun to concentrate the platelets, then put back where you need repair. No donor material, no synthetic filler, and the growth factors doing the work are already yours.
$950$800per session
3 treatments for $2,400
New clients save 15% on your first treatment.
Each session includes the blood draw, the spin and the application. Hair restoration and joint injections are quoted separately because the protocols differ. The new-client discount applies to standard per-session pricing and is not combined with a series.

PRP therapy · Full face
In short
PRP is platelet-rich plasma. A small volume of your blood is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate the platelets, which carry the growth factors your body uses for tissue repair. That concentrate is then applied into microneedling channels or injected into skin, scalp or a joint, so the healing response runs on your own biology rather than on anything synthetic.
Every other injectable on this menu introduces something from outside: a toxin, a gel, an acid. PRP introduces nothing. We take a small volume of your blood, spin it so the platelets separate from the rest, and put that concentrate back where the tissue needs rebuilding. Platelets are the cells your body already dispatches to any injury, carrying the growth factors that drive repair. The treatment simply delivers a lot of them to a place that is not currently getting enough.

| Acne scarring | 3 to 4 sessions |
| Hair restoration, scalp | 3 to 4 sessions |
| Joint injection | Varies |
Three sessions is the standard protocol for skin, spaced four to six weeks apart, because each one builds on the collagen response of the last. Hair and joint protocols differ and are quoted separately.

How it works
Three steps, all in the same appointment.
A small volume of blood is drawn from your arm, exactly as it would be for any blood test.
The sample is spun in a centrifuge, which separates it by density. The platelet-rich layer is drawn off and the rest discarded, leaving a concentrate several times richer in platelets than whole blood.
That concentrate is applied into freshly created microneedling channels, or injected directly into scalp, skin or joint, where the growth factors it carries signal the local repair response.
Which product
Including a straight answer about which of the two we carry.

Starts working: Improves over weeks. Lasts: 3 to 6 months of building. Blood is drawn into a tube containing an anticoagulant and spun at higher speed, producing a liquid concentrate that can be injected finely or spread into microneedling channels. This is what BHRC carries, at $950 a session.
Starts working: Improves over weeks. Lasts: Similar, released slower. Spun slower and without anticoagulant, so nothing is added to your blood at all. The platelets stay held in a natural fibrin scaffold that sets into a gel, releasing growth factors over days rather than all at once, and holding its position where it is placed. That makes it the usual choice where structure matters as much as signalling, such as under-eye work. BHRC carries both, so the choice is made on what you are treating rather than on what is in stock.
Starts working: Improves over weeks. Lasts: 3 to 6 months. An acellular growth-factor preparation, so no blood draw is needed. Listed at $499 as an add-on and often chosen by patients who would rather not be drawn.
Starts working: 1 to 2 weeks. Lasts: Improves for 6 months. $500 a session, no blood draw. The channels without the concentrate. Cheaper, and a perfectly reasonable starting point.
Good to know
The applications our providers use it for.

Applied into microneedling channels, the growth factors amplify the collagen response the needling starts.
The combination of channels and concentrated growth factors does more for scarring than either does alone.
Thin under-eye skin is a difficult area for filler. PRP improves the quality of the skin rather than adding volume beneath it.
Injected into the scalp to support follicles that are thinning but not yet gone. Timing matters: it does more for early thinning than for established loss.
The same concentrate injected into a joint, part of the regenerative side of the practice rather than the aesthetic one.
There is nothing in the syringe that did not come out of your arm twenty minutes earlier.
For patients who want skin quality improved without anything permanent or foreign being introduced.
Aftercare
Short recovery, slow result. Both are expected.

Redness and mild swelling, more like microneedling than an injection. Some pinpoint bruising at draw and injection sites.
Redness settles. Most patients are comfortable in makeup by day two.
Strenuous exercise, alcohol and anti-inflammatories for 24 to 48 hours. Anti-inflammatories in particular work against the response you just paid for.
The first change in skin quality, or reduced shedding where the scalp has been treated.
The substantive result. PRP builds rather than reveals, which is why the series is spaced the way it is.
Continued improvement from the completed series.
Most patients return once or twice a year after the initial series.

Frequently asked
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a regenerative treatment that uses a concentrated portion of your own blood. Your blood is drawn and processed in a centrifuge to isolate platelets, which contain powerful growth factors. When applied to the skin or scalp, these growth factors stimulate collagen production, accelerate healing, and trigger your body’s natural regenerative processes for rejuvenation.
Initial improvements like a healthy glow can be noticed within 2-3 weeks as your skin begins to heal and regenerate. However, the most significant results develop over 2-3 months as new collagen is produced. Optimal results are typically seen around 3-6 months after treatment, with continued improvement over time. Most patients achieve best results with a series of 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Is PRP safe?
PRP is exceptionally safe because it uses your own blood—there’s no risk of allergic reaction or rejection. Common temporary side effects include mild redness, swelling, and bruising at the treatment site, which typically resolve within 1-3 days. More serious complications are rare. Our providers will review your medical history to ensure PRP is appropriate for you. Does PRP hurt?
Most patients experience minimal discomfort. We apply topical numbing cream before treatment to ensure your comfort. You may feel some pressure or mild pinching during injections. The entire treatment typically takes 45-60 minutes, including the blood draw and processing time. Many patients describe the experience as very tolerable.
PRP is versatile and can treat many areas including the face (for fine lines, texture, and volume loss), under-eyes (for dark circles and hollows), neck and décolletage (for crepey skin), hands (for age spots and volume loss), and scalp (for hair restoration). It can also be combined with other treatments like microneedling or fillers for enhanced results.
Yes! PRP works synergistically with many treatments. It’s commonly combined with microneedling (often called “vampire facial”) for enhanced collagen stimulation. It can also complement dermal fillers , Botox, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures. Our providers will recommend the best combination approach based on your specific goals.
PRP is ideal for adults seeking natural rejuvenation for concerns like fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin texture, acne scars, hair thinning, or overall skin dullness. It’s particularly appealing to those who prefer treatments using their own body’s healing factors rather than synthetic products. Our providers can help determine if PRP is right for your specific goals during your consultation.
For optimal results, we typically recommend a series of 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. After your initial series, maintenance treatments every 6-12 months help sustain your results. The exact number of treatments depends on your specific concerns, goals, and how your skin responds. Our providers will create a personalized treatment plan during your consultation. PRP works and what to expect. My acne scars have dramatically improved, and my skin texture is so much smoother. I wish I had done this sooner!
★★★★★
I noticed my hair was thinning significantly. After my PRP hair restoration series, I’m seeing new growth and my hair feels thicker. The confidence boost has been incredible!

What Megan does
Most clinics carry one and recommend it for everything. We carry both, so whether you get the liquid concentrate or the fibrin gel depends on what is being treated rather than on what is in the fridge.
Nothing is stored, shipped or sourced from anywhere else. It leaves your arm and goes back into you inside the hour.
PRP runs across skin, hair and joints rather than existing only as a facial upsell, alongside Cell Factor and peptide protocols.
PRP does more for early thinning than for established loss. If the follicles are gone, we will tell you rather than sell you a series.
The series is defined. You are not signed up to something indefinite.
Standardised training and the same protocols in every location.
