Is Dysport® the same as Botox®? +
Both are FDA-approved wrinkle relaxers made from the same type of neurotoxin. Dysport® is formulated differently, tends to spread a little more softly, and many patients notice smoothing a bit sooner.
Why does Dysport® use more units? +
Dysport® units are not the same size as Botox® units, so the counts are not comparable — it typically takes about 2.5 to 3 Dysport® units to match one Botox® unit. Your injector maps your dose and confirms your total before you start.
Will I look frozen? +
No. Our injectors dose conservatively for a natural, refreshed look — you will still have full expression.
How soon will I see results — and how long do they last? +
