Do I need to be an MD?
Ownership requirements vary from state to state. Because BHRC operates in multiple states, ownership ranges from solely practicing physicians as owners to lay ownership groups with a supervising physician. We have facilities operating under both of these scenarios and can assist you in navigating the different state and local ownership laws.
Are there state laws that apply to the operation of my Center?
Yes. While we can assist you with understanding and complying with local regulations, it is your responsibility to research local and state laws. We can show you how.
How do I source the specialized equipment?
We have performed all the product and equipment research and will provide the manufacturers and suppliers of the state-of-the-art equipment you will need. We also negotiated national, volume prices on both equipment and products.
Are there specific products I must buy from Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center Franchise?
Yes and we will introduce you to the suppliers of products who offer us nationally negotiated volume pricing not available to the competition.
What is the size of the typical center and where is it located?
We search for approximately 2,000 square feet of professional, Class A office space. We target high traffic, highly accessible locations with street visibility and readily accessible parking.
Can I open more than one Center in my town?
Yes. We offer an Area Development Agreement giving you the rights to open a number of Centers within a specific geography over a specified number of years. We will cooperatively decide how many Centers will be opened over what period of time. Our decision will be based upon your experience, qualifications, ability to invest and what is the most efficient and effective strategy to develop the market area, among other considerations.
