Med Spa in Summerlin & Las Vegas — Services & Pricing
BHRC · LOCATIONS · SUMMERLIN, LAS VEGAS
There are more places in Las Vegas calling themselves a med spa than almost any city in America, and the label covers an enormous range — from a salon that added an injector on Thursdays to a physician-directed medical practice. This guide is about what is actually available at BHRC Summerlin: the full service list, real prices for the treatments people ask about most, how to choose between the four or five options that all promise tighter skin, and what the desert climate changes about planning any of it.

1 · What “med spa” should actually mean
Las Vegas has more places calling themselves med spas per capita than almost anywhere in the country, and the term is doing a lot of work. It covers everything from a day spa that added a Botox night to a physician-directed clinic with an on-site medical director.
The distinction that matters is not the décor. It is three things: who holds the device or the syringe, who supervises them, and whether anyone assesses you before every treatment rather than only at the first visit.

3 · Real prices for the treatments people actually ask about
Two of the most-asked treatments in Las Vegas, with the actual numbers rather than “call for pricing.”
4 · How to choose between the treatments that sound alike
Half the confusion in a Las Vegas med spa consultation comes from four or five treatments that all promise “tighter, smoother skin.” They work differently, at different depths, on different timelines.
The practical rule: if the concern is texture, scarring or pore size, that is Morpheus8 territory. If it is laxity and a softening jawline with reasonably good skin quality, Ultherapy is the single-session option. If it is tone, redness or sun damage — and in this climate it often is — that is IPL or BBL, not a tightening treatment at all. And if it is congestion and dullness, a facial does more than any device.
5 · The Las Vegas factor — sun, dry air and a nocturnal schedule

Practitioners in this market deal with a specific combination that a coastal clinic does not: very high UV exposure, extremely low humidity, and a meaningful share of patients working hospitality schedules that invert their sleep.
The seasonal point is worth acting on. Laser and light treatments carry a higher pigment risk on recently sun-exposed skin, and both the pre-treatment and post-treatment windows require real sun avoidance. Booking a resurfacing series for autumn and winter is not superstition — it is simply easier to comply with, and compliance is what protects the result.
6 · Wellness, not just aesthetics
The part of the menu that surprises people is the wellness side. Hormone therapy, testosterone therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV drips and NAD+ are all delivered from the same location under the same medical supervision.
That integration is the actual argument for a physician-directed practice over a single-service clinic. Skin quality is not only a skin problem — thyroid function, hormone status, metabolic health and sleep all show up in the mirror. A clinic that can order the labs and treat what they show, rather than only resurfacing what you see, is solving a different problem. Our advanced diagnostic testing exists for exactly that reason.
7 · What things actually cost, and how to read a med spa quote
Aesthetic pricing is confusing on purpose almost everywhere, and Las Vegas is no exception. Three structures dominate, and they are not comparable to each other without doing arithmetic.
The trap is the cheap-sounding unit paired with a high count. A clinic quoting $9 a unit and recommending 60 units is more expensive than one quoting $14 and recommending 30. The only way to compare is to ask both for the total, and to ask what that total actually buys — is the two-week follow-up included? Are touch-ups?
Membership is the other lever people underuse. Rejuvenation Club takes 20% off every treatment. On a $3,600 Morpheus8 series that is $720, and for anyone treating three or four times a year the membership generally pays for itself well before the year is out.
8 · Aftercare is not an afterthought
What you do between and after appointments changes results more than most patients expect — and in this climate, more than it would elsewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is BHRC Summerlin?
1825 Festival Plaza Dr #180, Las Vegas, NV 89135 — in the Festival Plaza retail center with free on-site parking. It serves Summerlin, Las Vegas, Henderson, Spring Valley, Enterprise and Centennial Hills. Call (725) 525-6821.
What are the hours?
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is the only BHRC location with weekday hours until 7 PM, which is useful for treatments that leave you red for the rest of the evening.
What does a consultation cost?
Nothing. Consultations at BHRC Summerlin are free and carry no obligation. You will get an assessment, a recommendation, a session count and a total before committing to anything.
How much is Morpheus8 in Las Vegas?
At BHRC Summerlin, $1,400 for a single full-face session, $3,600 for a three-session series or $5,500 for five. Sessions are four to six weeks apart and three to four is the usual protocol. Rejuvenation Club members take 20% off.
How much is Ultherapy in Las Vegas?
From $1,200 for a single targeted area, from $2,500 for face and neck, and from $3,800 for the full protocol including décolletage. Ultherapy is typically a single treatment, with results developing over three to six months.
Should I choose Morpheus8 or Ultherapy?
They solve overlapping but different problems. Morpheus8 delivers radiofrequency through insulated needles into the dermis and is strongest for texture, scarring and pore size, across three to four sessions. Ultherapy focuses ultrasound deeper without breaking the skin and is a single-session option aimed at laxity. Your provider will assess which fits.
Does BHRC Summerlin do wellness as well as aesthetics?
Yes — hormone therapy, testosterone therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV drip therapy, NAD+ and hydrogen therapy are all available at this location under the same medical supervision, alongside the aesthetic menu.
Is there a membership?
Yes. Rejuvenation Club members save 20% on every treatment and get priority scheduling. For anyone treating on a real schedule it usually pays for itself quickly.
What is the best time of year for laser treatments in Las Vegas?
Cooler months, generally. Laser and light treatments carry a higher risk of pigment change on recently sun-exposed skin, and both the pre- and post-treatment windows require genuine sun avoidance — which is simply easier to comply with outside a Las Vegas summer.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
The concern that actually bothers you, a list of any medications and supplements, and your treatment history — particularly any recent injectables, lasers or isotretinoin. That is enough.
